 Payment Policy
Students or their sponsors are responsible for paying all fees. Bayan College’s payment policy states that:
1 Private & partial scholarship students must pay a minimum of 25% of the total course registration fee within the first week of the commencement of classes.
2 Private & partial scholarship students failing to pay 25% of the tuition fees within the first week of classes, will be penalized with either or both of the following:

  • late payment fee of R.O. 50
  • cancellation of the student’s registration
3 Private & partial scholarship students must pay all their tuition fees within the first 5 weeks of normal semesters and during the first 2 weeks of summer semesters at the latest.
4 Private & partial scholarship students failing to pay all their tuition fees during this period of time will be penalized with any or all of the following

  • Late payment fee of R.O. 100
  • Withholding of the student’s transcript
  • Refusal to re-enroll the student for the next semester
  • Refusal to allow the student to graduate
  • Withholding of the student’s diploma
  • Refusal of the student’s request for official documents bearing the stamp of the college
