Other Fees

The following fees are charged on a semester basis: 
  • Book fees vary according to book prices

Placement Test Fee      25 (non refundable)
Registration Fees      50 (non refundable)
Studio fee       100 (charged to third year students enrolled in Media Studies programs)
Transportation hostel and transportation fees are not fixed. The Student Affairs Office will inform students regularly about the best available options.
 
Refundable Deposit
Students who have paid a deposit are entitled to get their deposit back if these conditions have been met:

  • The student has been certified for graduation.
     
  • The student has not caused any damage to the college studio and/or hostel properties, and/or college properties.

Payment Responsibility

  • Payment of fees and other charges must be made in accordance with the student’s status at the college (private, full or partial scholarship student).
     
  • Students are responsible to pay the fees for all courses in which they are enrolled.
     
  • A student failing to pay his/her tuition fees prior to the first week of classes will be charged a late payment fee of R.O. 50. The college reserves the right to cancel the student’s registration or take any necessary action. 

Course Fee Refund Policy

  • The Refund Policy applied at Bayan College provides for the refund of tuition, hostel and transportation charges based on the dates of withdrawal from the college.
     
  • You must complete the withdrawal procedure by submitting an add/drop form if the withdrawal takes place
     during the add/drop period.
     
  • You must submit a monitoring withdrawal form if you withdraw after the add/drop period.
     
  • The appropriate forms are available at the Registration Office.
