Transportation hostel and transportation fees are not fixed. The Student Affairs Office will inform students regularly about the best available options.

Refundable Deposit
|
Students who have paid a deposit are entitled to get their deposit back if these conditions have been met:
- The student has been certified for graduation.
- The student has not caused any damage to the college studio and/or hostel properties, and/or college properties.
|
|
Payment Responsibility
- Payment of fees and other charges must be made in accordance with the student’s status at the college (private, full or partial scholarship student).
- Students are responsible to pay the fees for all courses in which they are enrolled.
- A student failing to pay his/her tuition fees prior to the first week of classes will be charged a late payment fee of R.O. 50. The college reserves the right to cancel the student’s registration or take any necessary action.

Course Fee Refund Policy
- The Refund Policy applied at Bayan College provides for the refund of tuition, hostel and transportation charges based on the dates of withdrawal from the college.
- You must complete the withdrawal procedure by submitting an add/drop form if the withdrawal takes place
during the add/drop period.
- You must submit a monitoring withdrawal form if you withdraw after the add/drop period.
- The appropriate forms are available at the Registration Office.
